*Description*
The Customer Experience Specialist is an entry level customer service role, operating in a call center environment and supporting Consumer Direct Lending. As the Specialist, you will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer. The Customer Experience Specialist will: Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner Perform routine data entry and validation tasks Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses with Penny Mac employees, consumers and/or authorized 3rd parties Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Schedule M-F 8:30- 5:30 PM *Skills* Customer support, Customer service, Call center, inbound and outbound calls, mortgage industry, financial, banking, loan servicing, mortgage loan *Top Skills Details* Customer support,Customer service,Call center,inbound and outbound calls,mortgage industry,financial,banking *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Each candidate Must have Contact Center Experience (Minimum2 years on resume). *Comfortable with High Volume calls. *Inbound *&* Outbound call experience. *Strong job tenure, no large gaps or job hopping. Must be close to office max 20 mins with reliable transportation, and childcare. The VP will be looking for candidates with the following *Financial Contact Center experience 2 years minimum. *Very focused on quality and detail. *Committed to be in the office full time. *Professional demeanor. *Mortgage Contact Center experience is preferred but open to folks who have Financial Contact Center Experience. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
