Job Description Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm. Monday through Friday. There will be very limited OT and no weekends. Friday, 4:30pm close Will sit at the front desk, take inbound calls, greet guests, set patients up in room. Working with customers/ patients, Answering phones, Ability to handle stress and multi-tasking. Candidates will answer calls from primarily elderly individuals so they much be sympathetic and very patient. They will also assist walk-ins. Essential Job Duties: - Attendance and adhering to the punctuality and dependability policies are key. - Answer incoming calls, maintain open communication with patients, referral sources, corporate and branch offices in other territories. These calls can be transferred depending on where someone lives. That needs to be verified in the call. - Scheduling and registering patients promptly and courteously while recording accurate and complete patient documentation for the data forms. - Will use and learn the W+F software. They are implementing - Verify insurance information. The more familiar with a variety of insurances and their portals, the better! - Process orders in the system and maintain a current status on orders to be processed. This is where the multi phone calls will go outbound to customers. - The process takes anywhere from 6-12 months. Must Haves: - Handle HIGH pressure. - CSR experience in some form but they are not needing someone in a specific industry. Must be fast pace though. - Excellent attitude given to the customers is a must with the patients. They need to feel taken care of. - Ability to handle the high volume of customer interaction along with the stress levels that come along with that. - Ability to diffuse tough situations. - Attention to detail is key. - Organizational skills are key as well. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
