TEFOR Analyst and Technical Integration Lead

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Analyst and Technical Integration Lead to conduct content analysis, design and develop training that supports military operational requirements. This opportunity is for an upcoming award expected in May 2025.

Job Description:

Provide support to the TEFOR Director for Threat Emulation activities within simulation-based wargaming and experimentation. Advise Director TEFOR on all technical integration requirements and suspense's; and of any personnel support requirements needed to fulfill TEFOR support missions in order to ensure a modernized OE and threat (including threat capabilities and technologies) are represented in experimentation and wargaming scenarios.

Primary Location: Fort Eustis Virginia or Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

• Bachelor's degree

Relevant Experience:

• Works within both the Concepts and Experimentation communities of practice (COP) to support planning, coordination, execution, and learning analysis. (COP includes: CDLD, CoE Battle Labs, CDIDs, and TRADOC G- 27 ACE Threats. Serve as a TEFOR Subject Matter Expert and Tech Lead)
• Applies threat tactics and capabilities in simulation-based experiments and wargames, responsible for the technical integration of threat organization representations for ARCIC simulation-based experiments and wargames.
• Participates in SIMEX related Working Groups across the Community of Practice. These may include, but are not limited to Scenario, Technical, Terrain, EW, C2 and FORCEBUILDER.
• Supports the development of the Threat WMSEL annually, required for AMSAA Data Request ICW ACE Threats.
• Reviews AMSAA Target Pairing data based on WMSEL Submissions during bi-annual review. (typically in December and January). Meets annual WMSEL submission as the scenario is refined and platforms / new technologies are added.
• Attends planning conferences and technical working groups scheduled throughout the year to synchronize the technical and tactical capabilities with current realities or future projections.

• Develops the Threat One SAF ORBAT using the FORCEBUILDER Program. Performs function checks of both entities and munitions before Spiral Integration and Testing, to identify gaps in OE instantiation that could affect experimentation and learning.
• Participates in the Spiral Integration and Testing process.
• Acts as the One SAF primary trainer for TEFOR. Familiarize and gain proficiency with WARSIM, JCATs or other simulations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with recent experience in military exercise planning, plus military operational experience. Must be a US Citizen.

Pay Range: $125,000-$140,000
