Dock Worker - Keep Freight Rolling and the Dock Rocking!

Join our warehouse team and help keep shipments moving smoothly! Staffmark is looking for a hardworking Dock Worker in Lakeland, FL, to load, unload, and organize freight with precision. If you're ready to anchor yourself in a solid career, apply today and make waves in logistics!

Pay: $18 per hour

Night Shift Hours: 1 AM - 9:30 AM

Dock Worker Responsibilities:



  • Load and unload freight using manual and electric pallet jacks or a sit-down clamp forklift.
  • Move pallets and crates efficiently across the dock.
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dock area.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on a dock.
  • Previous experience working a night shift.
  • Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks and/or sit-down clamp forklifts.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
