  Financial Close & Reporting: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

  Revenue & Expense Management: Maintain multi-entity general ledgers, analyze balance sheet accounts, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

  
  
• 
  

  Bank & Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile restaurant sales and bank deposits, verifying cash and credit card transactions, and investigating discrepancies.

  
  
• 
  

  Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits by preparing financial records, documentation, and regulatory reports.

  
  
• 
  

  Budget & Forecasting: Assist in annual budget planning and variance analysis to support operational decision-making.

  
  
• 
  

  Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in accounting and reporting functions.

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

  
  
• 
  

  CPA certification (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

  
  
• 
  

  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with financial software preferred.

  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
