Production Worker

Pay: $15.50 per hour (with a pay increase to $18.91 after 90 days!)

2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assemble product parts by hand and use power tools to cut, drill, and attach components.
• Apply labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products while ensuring quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and address production equipment issues as needed.
• Inspect and remove faulty parts from the assembly line, pack completed products for shipment, and maintain a tidy factory floor.
• Unload, organize, and stock shipments, following all safety protocols.
• Meet production deadlines and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
• Basic math and multitasking skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Detail-oriented and a great team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
