Staffmark is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead for a growing distribution center specializing in carpeting and flooring. This is a direct-hire position, meaning you will be hired directly by our partner company, providing you with long-term career growth and stability. If you have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team!

Pay: $20.50 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 12:30 PM, plus Saturdays from 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Lead pre-loadout planning, including reviewing and resolving Transfer Order (TO) issues.
  • Ensure inventory is staged and cleared for the next day's loadout.
  • Monitor warehouse workspace and ensure systematic and physical loading of orders.
  • Lead post-loadout actions, including managing inventory, processing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the Installation team, addressing issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
  • Maintain the dock loading area and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient in D365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
