The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife for its Generalist Division. Candidates should have an interest in midwifery care and academic medicine. Those with previous experience in providing prenatal care and attending births in an academic medical center are especially encouraged to apply. This position will be 100% clinical with teaching responsibilities and located at the West Chester Medical campus. Primary responsibilities include obstetrical and gynecological care in a clinical practice that provides 24/7 labor and delivery coverage and in-hospital deliveries. CNM will work collaboratively with OB/GYN Generalist Physicians to provide evidence-based comprehensive, and personalized care to patients. Essential Functions
Required Education
Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in Nursing Midwifery and graduation from an ANA approved Nurse Practitioner Program. Required Trainings/Certifications
