*Employment Details*: Permanent Hire *Workplace Type*: Hybrid - Winston Salem, NC *Requirements:* * Management & Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage and supervise a team. Will have direct reports. * Retailer Portals: Proficiency in using and learning various retailer portals to set up Items according to customer standards. Each portal is unique. * Excel Skills: Ability to manipulate data using Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas. * Analytics: Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources. * Online Retailer Platforms: Experience with various online retailer platforms, ecommerce & product merchandizing pages * Data Gathering: Expertise in sourcing practices, including sales figures, customer behavior, data collection, and filtering. * Data Analysis: Ability to understand data sources, identify patterns, and recognize trends. Responsibilities: * Product Data Management: Maintain product data and digital asset integrity across online-only product lines using online retailer platforms. * Customer Standards: Understand and implement customer standards and any changes to those standards. * Communication: Communicate updates to the organization to ensure product assets meet customer requirements. * External Item Setup: Set up items for both omni-channel and online products using retailer portals. * Content Integrity: Maintain product content integrity across retailer platforms. * Audit Process: Maintain an audit process for product pages to ensure accuracy and integrity of merchandising standards. * Discontinued Items: Manage the process for removing discontinued items from customer portals as needed. * Related & Group Items: Ensure related and group items are accurately linked within a page. * Merchandising Standards: Maintain product merchandising standards across customers and categories to ensure accurate item setup. * Team Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure internal product data and assets are accurate and up to date. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
