Job Title: Project Manager - Residential Remodeling Location: West Haven, CT Job Type: Full-time, Direct Placement A top client of TEKsystems is seeking a project manger to over home remodeling projects for reputable company in southern CT! This is a direct placement, see below for details. Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage residential remodeling projects from start to finish. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. * Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise. * Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within budget. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential remodeling project management. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Salary: Negotiable and based on experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
