Account Representative Location:East Syracuse, NY Job ID: #70767 Pay Range: $20-25 Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Job Description: This exciting opportunity is in the Customer Care Center where we support our customers via telephone and written correspondence. Our B2B channels include Commercial Contractors, Commercial Service, National Accounts, and International offices who are seeking after-market replacement components. The Customer Care Center is a high-volume, fast paced and metric driven call-center with a team atmosphere. We emphasize customer satisfaction, building strong business relationships and driving sales growth. Duties will vary as required including data entry, basic reporting, phone calls, emails. Preparing basic reports and assisting customers with pre-delivery and post- sales such as order entry, order status, expedite delivery, price and availability, and limited technical support.
