Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for marketing and agency collaboration? We're looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee campaign execution, agency operations, and workflow coordination across our organization. In this role, you'll work closely with the Brand Team and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Schedule: Hybrid role - must be local to Chicago, IL. Will work from home, and on-site 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Lead campaign management, tracking timelines, budgets, and key milestones. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and agency partners, ensuring seamless execution. Oversee project workflows, identifying roadblocks and keeping teams aligned. Manage budget negotiations and scope discussions with agencies, ensuring adherence to company standards. Uphold best practices in project management, documentation, and ways of working. Support annual planning efforts, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver top-tier marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 6+ years of project management experience in CPG marketing or an advertising agency. Strong expertise in managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets simultaneously. Experience collaborating with integrated agency teams (creative + media at minimum). Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.). 3-5 years of agency management experience (Creative agency experience preferred). PMP certification is a plus!
