Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and systems.
  • Synthesises customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
  • Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
  • Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organisations.
  • Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system-level evaluation reports, which verify and validate system performance.
  • Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems..

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Software Development
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Production
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Test Equipment Design
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Electronic Testing
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Mechanical Testing
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • LabView/LabWindows CVI, NI experience in both development and maintenance capacities on complex systems
  • Proficient SW skills in C and C++, LabView coupled with ATE HW integration expertise (switches, VXI/PXI chassis, EO testing, automation)
  • Automated Test equipment development/maintenance experience in a high-volume production environment
  • The source program is an Electro-Optic sensor solution for military platforms or a missile.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Safety Shoes will be needed
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
