Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned facility-related projects.Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects aimed at improving and maintaining the physical infrastructure, including office spaces and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and facility operations, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Description Key Accountabilities *
Project Management:
Lead and manage facility-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Scope Definition:
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
*
Vendor Management:
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers. Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
*
Budget
& Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation. Track and report on project expenses and timelines.

Construction & Renovation Oversight:
Oversee facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and within regulatory requirements. Includes office space planning for efficiency, appropriate density, work team alignment, and restacking oversight.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks or obstacles to project success and develop mitigation plans. Address issues as they arise to minimize disruptions.
*
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring all parties are informed about project progress.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and internal policies/standards. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites.

Post-Project Evaluation:
Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned in future projects. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements *
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Technology Services, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is a plus.
*
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management , Technology Services or related project management
experience.
*
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
*
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and facility
services
.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, codes, and industry standards.

Preferred skills:

Experience in sustainable building practices
*
Familiarity with budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle competing priorities.
