The APP Senior Program Manager of Adult Survivorship will lead the disease-based Survivorship Program efforts at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center for adult patients with cancer who have not been treated with a bone marrow transplant. Reporting directly to the Director of APPs and the Co-Directors of the Survivorship Program, this role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive disease-based survivorship care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of survivors. The APP Sr. Program Manager will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and to enhance the quality of life for cancer survivors. The annual base salary range for this position is from $137,259.20 to $216,923.20 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
