Overview Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases. The Riddell Laboratory is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Research Technician I or II to join a team of scientists working in a multi-disciplinary environment on the forefront of immunotherapy research. The successful candidate will utilize a variety of cutting-edge cellular and molecular techniques to design next generation T cell therapies and support scientific research by performing bench-level experiments. The technician should be capable of maintaining detailed laboratory records, performing calculations, reporting experimental results in a fast-paced environment, operating analytical instruments, recovering/compiling/verifying the accuracy of research data and managing supplies. This position will be extended to a candidate who is creative, passionate, patient, and critical, with a strong sense of independence and accountability, detail-oriented, initiative, and drive to propel work forward. Research Technician I: The hourly pay range for this position is from $22.87 to $32.56 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Research Technician II: The hourly pay range for this position is from $26.48 to $37.70 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
