About the role:

The Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) Sales Associate is a starting point for someone to learn and transition into a Sales Consultant Role within the Peripheral Interventions Division. The CVI Associate will be assigned by a Region to an existing territory in which there is potential to convert and grow the business.

CVI Associate will be held accountable for delivering exceptional service through team driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities that reflect the company's strategy and priorities.The role collaborates with the Regional Manager and or territory consultant to provide support and drive sales revenue at identified accounts. Each CVI Associate will report directly to a Regional Sales Manager. Additionally, CVI Associates may be required to work outside their primary assignments as required by business conditions.

Within the Peripheral Intervention (PI) franchise, this opportunity will be among the CVI team specializing in treating Chronic Venous Insufficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
  • Establish relationships with physician, nurses, and technicians.
  • Partner seamlessly with a sales consultant to grow and increase selling time.
  • Take on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
  • Work closely with sales consultants and your region sales manager to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing on quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts. High commitment to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and secure purchase orders to regional manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Manage expense budget and promotional budget within the BSC guideline.
  • Maintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI).
  • Timely completion of required training as assigned.
  • Follow compliance regulations. Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines,AdvancedPolicies, and Integrity Policies
  • Occasional weekends, trade shows, internal meetings and/or meeting participation is needed and required.



Minimum Requirements:



  • 2 years plus of relevant business and/or sales experience.
  • Sales travel commitment is 30-40%
  • BA/BS in a business discipline, AA with defined plans for completion of BA/BS.
  • Proven and documented sales success.
  • Provide examples of being a self-starter, solution oriented, team player
  • Demonstrate examples of leadership qualities and coachability.
  • Strategic thinker (with the ability to recognize their contribution to the big picture).
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide examples of having a determination and achieving set goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000. to $ , plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
