Job title: Project/ Program Manager Job Location: Durham, North Carolina Duration: Fulltime with Cognizant The Role: Cognizant is looking for an experienced and seasoned Project / Program manager to handle a large-scale teams & a premium Client for on of the most prestigious program having AI solutions. As a project / program manager, you will be responsible to manage client expectations, drive synergies between client & the project team, ensure timely delivery & manage end to end project deliverables, drive stake holder meetings and various status reviews and ensure the success of the project. Responsibilities:
- Set up & Ensure program goals and objectives are and remain aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
- Set up the program and then manage it ensuring that it is performing according to the plan
- Developing a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure they are clearly understood.
- Identifying and allocating the necessary resources (people, tools, equipment) to support the project.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Define the delivery of the recommended plan
- Leading and motivating the project team, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.

Qualifications
- Experience in managing large teams
- Must have strong client facing and client management experience
- Must have very strong SDLC & project managements experience
- Develop and maintain a strategic approach to client relationships, positioning our team as trusted advisors and partners in their success.
- Manage Financial budgets & project profitability, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Diverse experience in managing complex implementation projects in digital space or AI based solutions
- Must have experience in ensuring timely delivery of projects with the highest standards of quality and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices
- Drive innovations and organization initiatives by incorporating new features, technologies, and methodologies.
- Empower the managed services team with the tools, training, and support needed to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills and participates actively in team discussions.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
