Description

    Assisting in implementing and managing software and hardware solutions relating to Government Property Management and controlling data in multiple systems
  • Deploying surveys and meets with program management teams to determine resources necessary for adequate inventory tracking and other project objectives
  • Activating, training, and assisting projects/users on tracking materials in the database
  • Configuring property management systems including security access levels, record data fields, customized reports, and custom tags
  • Tracking and maintaining all licenses, license renewals, and users
  • Perform daily record/transactional verification's to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Reviewing import rejection reports - determining errors and coordinating with the project/user.
  • Offering recommendations for additional equipment and services to ensure application data integrity and availability
  • Assisting in evaluation of vendor products in hardware, software, and other equipment for various modernization efforts
  • Establishing, maintaining, and terminating user accounts for SRC employees in accordance with SRC policy
  • Assisting in developing, implementing, and promoting procedures and training content
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2-year technical degree and 5 years experience (or equivalent)


Desired Skills

  • Inventory System Administration experience
  • Familiarity with BarCloud
  • Exposure to government / DoD inventory management


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
