The role: You will support the PR & Content Department with press and influencer outreach, stylist requests, event coordination, industry research, content creation and general administrative tasks. What you will do: Manage product send outs for hairstylist, editor and influencer requests and maintaining send out log Monitor and record press and social clippings daily Organize placement trackers for new launches and ongoing initiatives Staffing and assisting with influencer and press events (i.e. new product launches) and industry events (i.e. New York Fashion Week) Draft content for multiple mediums including features on Oribe.com and weekly press highlights email Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as inventory management, shipping and messenger services, product mailings, online research and maintaining databases What you will need: College student from an accredited university majoring in relevant field, including marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, English, merchandising or design Excellent writing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Adobe Suite, Google Docs and Instagram Interest in fashion and beauty as well as a basic knowledge of the industry Team player with a great attitude who believes no task is too small Graphic design skills a major plus A reasonable pay range for this is position is 18 - 19/hr. #LI-Hybrid How we work: Having been selected among the Worlds Most Ethical Companies for 18 consecutive years, we are a company with a purpose and strong corporate values.
