Commercial Project Administrator Hybrid - Billerica, MA Quanterix is revolutionizing biomarker analysis to advance precision health, leveraging Simoa technology for ultra-sensitive protein detection. ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Project Administrator to join our team. This role will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the commercial leadership team, and cross-functional company leadership to support the successful execution of commercial initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Project Coordination: Attend meetings with the CCO and commercial leadership team to capture key takeaways, track deliverables, and ensure follow-ups are completed. Monitor project timelines, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Communication and Documentation: Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and progress reports. Synthesize business context and meeting discussions into clear, actionable deliverables tailored for various audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Proactively raise any misalignments for resolution. Address operational issues as they arise, resolving discrepancies or other administrative challenges. Information Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date. Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in administrative or project management roles OR High School diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in administrative or project management roles PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar roles, preferably within the biotech, life sciences, or technology sectors. EXPECTATIONS, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to grasp complex business concepts and translate them into clear, actionable items. Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Excellent relationship builder who is a trusted partner to collaborators. Occasional travel to support Commercial team meetings, domestic and international This role will be hybrid to our Billerica, MA office and expected to be in office at least 2 days per week.
