Apex is currently seeking to add a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to our dynamic team in the Pacific Northwest. **This is a Hybrid position and will need to work out of one of our three offices: Seattle, WA, Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR**
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll help Apex create an inclusive and highly performing environment by seeking top talent and onboarding new employees who align with our values. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers throughout the West and nationally and company leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans, drive the full-cycle recruitment process, bring top talent into the organization and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
