As a Sales Representative, your role involves selling products and meeting customer needs. You'll have an assigned account list, region or customer grouping. You'll establish and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and resolve commercial issues. Selling solutions to customers.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
Servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts
Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations for customers and potential customers.
Submitting orders and maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer information. Revenue
New Product Introduction (NPI) sales
Sales Funnel Conversion Skill - Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Skill - Be able to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
Skill - Possess technical aptitude and ability to use sales software and other tools like Salesforce.com.
Skill - Be self-motivated and capable of working both collaboratively and individually as part of a team.
