The Corporate Communications group is dedicated to bringing our brand to life on a global scale across our key audiences, both internally and externally, as well as ensuring that employees are engaged and informed so they can bring their best selves to work. In this role, you will report into the Brand, Editorial, and Social Impact team and support team members across the entire Corporate Communications group.

The Impact You'll Make

You will be a core team member helping ensure successful execution of key corporate programs and campaigns, including but not limited to events, corporate initiatives, and product campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of corporate functions and regions and spend time working on some of the organization's most critical programs.

Your skills and experience will be pivotal to efficient and effective execution, insight-driven retrospectives, and continuous improvement that drive the organization forward.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate across the Corp Communication team to help manage the execution and tracking of core programs and campaigns.
  • Manage feedback/reviews, asset sharing, and communications across internal/external stakeholders and regions.
  • Ensure messaging and creative continuity across assets and channels.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities and escalate concerns.
  • Maintain project files and folders to ensure access and visibility across teams.
  • Prepare reports and retrospectives in partnership with program leads.
  • Core programs include thought leadership campaigns, key corporate initiatives, and internal/external events.
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of relevant program/campaign management experience at a global organization
  • Proficiency with project management principles, certification a plus
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and understanding of marketing metrics and analytics
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications, including design and production
  • Ability to manage work across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working across multiple regions/countries

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
