SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven sales and service initiatives for Kraft Sports + Entertainment (KSE), including the New England Patriots, New England Revolution and Gillette Stadium. This role involves managing and optimizing wide ranging data assets across the organization, focusing on coordination, standardization, integration, quality assurance, governance and documentation. The Business Intelligence Analyst will also use analytics tools to provide insight on the effectiveness of sales, service and marketing campaigns, driving revenue, retention and engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Regularly perform data cleansing and refreshes across source systems and sales and marketing platforms in accordance with business needs.
  2. Report on and triage the quality of data in the CRM, including identifying duplicates and other discrepancies.
  3. Assist with developing reports and visualizations on performance across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations initiatives. Evaluate the success and efficiency of the CRM platform enterprise wide.
  4. Execute data governance plan, while creating and maintaining relevant documentation and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
  5. Understand the sources of data that feed the CRM marketing systems (e.g. warehouse, phone system, SMS-MMS, webforms, etc.) and partner with third-party vendors as needed to integrate relevant data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Triage user support questions around complex data models, and ensure changes in those models are scalable and efficient.
  7. Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficiency improvements to CRM and data processes.
  8. Maintain system documentation to facilitate user training across data stakeholders.
  9. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  10. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics or related technical field
  • 2-plus years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with SQL, SOQL and other query languages, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw findings from data, deliver insightful ideas and potential solutions to problems and system anomalies while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
  • Proficiency in creating and understanding analytics through reports and dashboards
  • Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong organizational skills with a critical eye for detail
  • Strong teamwork and work effectively to support a strong, unified culture
  • Exceptional communication skills across all communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written), including listening skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
