Summary

Summary:
The Sterile Processing Supervisor works closely with the manager to support, coordinate and supervise personnel, scheduling and unit activities. Assumes full responsibility for the department in the absence of the manager. This is an evening shift, working supervisor role with a schedule of 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. This is a critical position and ideal for someone who enjoys people management in a fast-paced environment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: N/A
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Experience as a CS tech and/or OR tech required. Minimum of three years' experience in a Central Service environment preferred. Some managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  5. Proven demonstration of excellent organizational skills.
