Could you be the full-time on-site Regional Services Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for? (This position can also be 100% remote if within the US).

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive transportation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the strategic oversight and operational management of the regional airport network's people mover systems, making a significant impact on safety, reliability, and efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, human resources, and commercial strategy), develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Strategic oversight and operational management of people mover systems within the regional airport network,



  • Ensuring the highest levels of safety, reliability, and efficiency in service delivery,



  • Driving commercial initiatives and nurturing a high-performance culture within the organization,



  • Leading a multidisciplinary team with exceptional engineering, technical, and human resource acumen,



  • Developing and fostering a safety-first culture among all employees and stakeholders,



  • Monitoring system performance and coordinating with technical teams for maintenance strategies,



  • Conducting market analysis and feasibility studies for potential service expansions,



  • Oversight of engineering processes for the maintenance and implementation of people mover systems,



  • Liaising with airport authorities, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional transportation strategies

  • Degree in Engineering, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field,



  • Experience or understanding of transportation management with a focus on people movers or similar systems,



  • Knowledge of safety management and reliability engineering,

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,



  • Proficient in project management principles and tools,



  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion,



  • Capability to drive collaboration across diverse teams
