You have completed a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in an engineering role for at least 2 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a SG Performance Engineer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the SGS Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Tube integrity is the main product line support for steam generator services. Support includes Degradation Assessments (DAs), Site support (Remote or on site), Condition Monitoring, and Operational Assessments. May also include hardware qualification documentation (stress reports and 50.59 input documents), in-situ pressure testing screening and process engineer as needed. Your work will include:

• Performs routine and non-routine engineering assignments which may include design, development, analysis.
• Ensure compliance with customer, government, or Framatome policies and procedures.
• Assignments involve responsibility for planning/conducting a complete task or portion of a larger project possibly under direction of more experienced
  staff.
• Provides technical support related to planning, designing, analyzing, constructing and maintaining structures, systems and components.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $75,000 - $97,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
