Looking to start your career in the warehouse industry? Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator to join our team in Springdale, AR!

Pay: $13.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with possible overtime

As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for assembling components using 10-15 different parts, performing basic computer data entry, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble tensioners, idler assemblies, bracket assemblies, vacuum, and valve devices
  • Perform preliminary operations on sub-assemblies
  • Press tensioners and bolt pulleys
  • Pack components into shipping cartons
  • Consistently check component quality
  • Use computers for data entry functions



Qualifications:



  • Previous industrial experience (preferably in assembly)
  • Solid work history with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
