Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide excellent customer service. You will process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responding to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing customers with basic product and pricing information
  • Entering and maintaining accurate customer orders using various software applications.
  • Handling basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to Sit for Extended Periods : The role often involves sitting at a desk for long periods while handling customer inquiries.
  • Frequent Keyboarding : Regular use of a computer keyboard for typing and data entry.
  • Visual Acuity : Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods to read and respond to customer queries.
  • Manual Dexterity : Capability to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, such as typing and using office equipment.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $21.45 to $29.49 per hour depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
