What You'll Bring to the role As the leader of the FLEX (Field Learning EXperience) team, you guide your team to craft transformative learning experiences that drive behavioural change and deliver measurable business impact for the GTM Field. Your collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills enable seamless cooperation with Field Strategists and key partners. Drawing on your expertise in instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles, you guide your team to develop practical, engaging content. You provide visionary leadership, setting clear goals and inspiring your team to achieve them. Your adaptability allows you to confidently navigate change and uncertainties, guiding the team through evolving business environments and learning technologies. With empathy and emotional intelligence, you foster a supportive and inclusive culture, understanding and addressing the needs of your team and stakeholders. Position Description As a (Senior) Manager - FLEX, you will play a pivotal role in transforming learning needs into exceptional learning experiences for our field teams from modern elearning to creating engaging instructor led workshops. You will collaborate closely with field alignment strategists to identify and distill learning requirements, creating materials that foster skill development and behavioral change. Your work will be instrumental in positioning the FLEX team as a trusted partner and thought leader in the field enablement space. By leveraging your expertise in instructional design and project management, you will ensure that all learning experiences are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
