We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery to join our team -> Payments Enablement Platform. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
- Own the application development, and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
- Facilitates process and execution and drives a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles.
- Participate in deployment process following all change controls. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in a systems SCM environment, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- 3+ years' experience in managing third party applications based on Windows / Java
- Experience in handling Java development for a small sized application
- Ability to communicate with technology, operations, architects, key stakeholders, and senior business partners
- Strong execution skills and ability to navigate the organization to get things done
- Hands-on technical skills to be able to swiftly identify real-time market data issues or data content problems
