Bilingual Payroll & Office Manager - Construction/Landscaping Industry Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site) Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) Payroll & Office Manager with deep experience in the Construction or Landscaping industry? Do you excel in full-cycle payroll, HR administration, and office operations? What You'll Do: Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. Oversee payroll tax filings, wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and labor law compliance. Administer employee records, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation. Manage daily office operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and workflow optimization. Handle billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor paperwork, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, supporting a diverse workforce. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of payroll and office management experience, specifically in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to communicate effectively with employees and vendors. Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and benefits administration. Experience working with companies with 100 plus employees high preferred Familiarity with progress billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor documentation is a plus.
