The Senior Manager for Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) Business Development at T-Mobile is tasked with spearheading the adoption of 5G technologies within the Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) markets. This role involves strategic leadership and development of a team focused on penetrating and expanding T-Mobile's footprint in these critical sectors. By leveraging deep knowledge of federal and defense operations and procurement processes, the incumbent will drive significant revenue growth through securing multi-million-dollar contracts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align and execute the go-to-market strategies effectively. Ultimately, this position is crucial in establishing T-Mobile as a leader in 5G solutions, enhancing national security and technological advancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilizes deep knowledge of federal and defense operations and procurement processes to enhance competitive positioning
- Drives revenue growth by securing multi-million-dollar contracts within the Federal and DoD sectors
- Leads strategic initiatives to penetrate and expand T-Mobile's presence in the Federal and DoD markets through the adoption of 5G technologies
- Develops and manages a team focused on advanced network solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for 5G solutions
- Engages in continuous market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Federal and DoD sectors
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration or Technology Management (Preferred)
- Experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering with a focus on solution sales in federal and defense sectors Preferred
- Experience managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment and supporting indirect channel partners Preferred
- Experience with strategic leadership and project management in deploying advanced network solutions, particularly in 5G technologies Preferred

- Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C): This certification is designed for acquisition professionals in the Federal Government performing contracting activities and functions. It is crucial for understanding and navigating federal procurement processes effectively. (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $179,800 - $324,300, inclusive of target incentives
