Job OverviewAs a Senior Account Executive - State Government, you will play a meaningful role in driving strategic growth and retention across state government accounts. This is a high-impact, strategic sales role - not a transactional one. Your success will hinge on your ability to develop and implement territory plans, manage extended sales cycles, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You'll support the broader account management and retention efforts by maximising your relationships, insights, and strategic sales planning. While dedicated teams and reps are in place to handle the day-to-day support and renewal motions, you will act as the tip of the spear, deepening T-Mobile's value within each account and helping expand our footprint. Your performance will be evaluated on your ability to drive net new sales, support renewals through strategic engagement, and consistently hit bold revenue targets - all while embodying T-Mobile's core values.
