Overview

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Team Leader and Lead Analyst to ensure efficient data flow and task management within the team. This position provides guidance to technicians and analysts while contributing to data production using ArcMap and MicroStation. The Senior Analyst ensures quality control, supports team training, and enhances workflow efficiency to meet client requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

    Support technicians and analysts in data production
  • Ensure smooth data flow and task execution
  • Conduct thorough QA/QC on deliverables
  • Assist in training team members on workflows and methodologies
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or equivalent role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of ESRI or vector-based software and Terra Solid products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
