is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Clerk for an exciting opportunity in Gardena, CA. If you're looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role in a growing industry, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay: $19 - $21/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

In this role, you will manage and oversee Sales Order entries in Excel for the engineering backlog and process engineering documentation for each Sales Order, ensuring all drawing revisions are up to date and incorporate ECRs/ECOs. You will archive obsolete documents and drawings, maintain engineering masters, BOMs, and customer drawings, and control and manage ECO/ECR logs by reviewing, printing, distributing, and archiving. Additional duties include reviewing revised documentation after engineering review, supporting HR, Accounting, Sales, QA, and Engineering departments, organizing and maintaining engineering documents, and participating in departmental meetings.

Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of Document Control experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
  • Ability to read and follow guidelines, including engineering, quality, and safety policies.
