Are you experienced in machine operation, manufacturing, or coating processes? We are looking for a Production Coating Operator to help produce high-quality film products by efficiently operating coating machines. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Schedule: 5pm - 5am Pay: $18/hr. What You'll Do: Operate and monitor coating machines to apply protective films Adjust machine settings for optimal quality and efficiency Perform quality checks to identify and fix defects Troubleshoot and conduct basic machine maintenance Follow production schedules to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Adhere to all safety and company protocols What We're Looking For: At least one year in production manufacturing; machine operation or coating experience preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge, troubleshooting, and strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs. Team player in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety. Willing to work assigned shifts, including overtime.
