Qualifications



  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Working knowledge of pivot tables, spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
  • Strong knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
  • Excellent math and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex accounting data
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills



Temp Position | 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday | $19 per hour

Accounts Payable Analyst Job Responsibilities

Reviewing, analyzing, and processing invoices, travel vouchers, check requests, and contracts for professional services and accounts payable. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as university policies and procedures. Analyze and interpret accounting data, preparing journal entries as needed. Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and the public.
