We are currently seeking a CAD Designer on our corporate engineering team at our site in Charleston, TN. What you will do: The CAD Designer is responsible for creating detailed and precise mechanical and piping designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This role involves developing and drafting plans for various projects, ensuring that all designs adhere to company standards and industry specifications. The designer collaborates closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure that designs align with project objectives. Additionally, the designer maintains comprehensive documentation, conducts quality checks, and addresses design challenges by developing innovative solutions. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies is essential to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
