We're searching for an IT Service Desk Administrator III - a hands-on, highly skilled technician who can support, troubleshoot, and elevate our workplace technology experience. You'll serve as the go-to expert for end-user support, infrastructure reliability, and seamless IT service delivery.
What You'll Do
Provide expert support and keep systems running smoothly.
  • Respond & Resolve - Manage and resolve incoming ServiceDesk tickets professionally via phone, chat, email, or in person.
  • Technical Troubleshooting - Independently troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile, and peripheral issues from basic to complex.
  • User Support - Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding users through technical issues with clarity and patience.
  • Deploy & Maintain Devices - Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and IP phones.
  • Remote Access Setup - Support VPN access and remote connectivity for users across locations.
  • Active Directory Environment - Provide troubleshooting expertise in a networked Windows AD environment.
  • Knowledge Documentation - Create and maintain clear knowledge base articles and procedural guides.
  • System Security - Implement and follow IT security policies to ensure data integrity and system safety.
  • After-Hours Support - Participate in on-call rotations and EDI monitoring to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
What You Bring
Experience, expertise, and the drive to deliver excellence.
  • Work Experience - 6+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing IT support or service desk environment.
  • Technical Knowledge - Proficient in SCCM, scripting, imaging, and remote support tools.
  • Office Software Skills - Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Service Desk Tools - Experience using Remedyforce or similar ticketing software.
  • Mobile & Device Support - Skilled in supporting iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
  • Education - Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
  • Certifications & Requirements - Valid state-issued driver's license and a Transportation Worker Identity Credential (TWIC) are required.
