We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Operations Analyst to join our team in support of the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) at Patuxent River, MD. The FMS Ops Analyst will play a vital role as a member of the Operations Team, supporting the daily activities of the Development, Production, and In-Service Deputy Program Managers (DPM) within the PMA-299 program office. The position will directly contribute to the management and coordination of administrative and functional requirements for PMA-299's FMS programs, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Functional Description: The H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) provides world-class, full-spectrum support to the Navy's domestic MH-60S and MH-60R helicopters, as well as to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) user communities. The role is essential in supporting International Programs assigned to PMA-299 under the Program Executive Officer for Air, ASW, Assault, and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)). FMS efforts for H-60 aircraft programs are managed by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Navy International Programs Office (IPO), and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). The FMS Operations Analyst will report to the Level 1 Deputy Program Managers for International Programs and will be responsible for supporting the operational activities associated with the coordination, management, and execution of multiple FMS cases. This includes interfacing with FMS teams, program office staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of various FMS-related tasks. Required Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with allowable substitutions. 6 years additional work experience may be substituted OR Associate's Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054 to $115,325.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
