Beverage Careers Food Careers The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving customer orders over the telephone, accurately entering them into the system, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers and process orders efficiently and accurately. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner. Accurately enter customer orders into the system while ensuring all details are correct. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with order modifications, returns, and general account inquiries. Perform general administrative tasks and maintain organized records of customer interactions. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required. Strong data entry and computer skills with proficiency in order processing systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food service industry, is a plus. Knowledge of food products and food service operations is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
