Business Analyst II

This position performs tasks primarily associated with Credit Risk key indicators by assisting in the development, reporting and monitoring of metrics, as well as maintaining KIs within the Bank's system of record. Responsible for the preparation of documents summarizing KI development and changes. In addition to KI responsibilities, this position will assist in monitoring of enterprise credit risks and development of controls, standards, and procedures.

• Risk Management Support - Develops an understanding of the complexities inherent in the organization's risk appetite. Supports the development and implementation of policies, standards, and procedures surrounding Credit Risk's alignment within the Bank's risk management framework. Aids the business in identifying risks & control gaps. Collaborates with BU and stakeholders to document and report action plans and mitigation strategies to address root causes & prevent recurrence. Coordinates with other teams to ensure alignment with broader risk management and governance objectives.
• Reporting & Data Analysis - Produces reports based on data analysis and trends. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Develops process enhancements based on reporting. Sources, compiles, and interprets data.
• Regulatory and Internal Audit Engagement - Aids in regulatory and Internal Audit inquiries, examinations, and audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Assists in the business development of regulatory submissions, response and reporting requirements, driving accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
