General Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Research and analyze customer deductions from invoice payments
• Assist in customer account reconciliations
• Assist in collection of past due items
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position should possess the following:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Reasoning and problem-solving ability

• Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential

• High School Education or equivalent; college experience preferred

• General office skills

• Good Work Ethic and ability to work well with others

• Experience working with spreadsheets

• Professional appearance

• Experience working on the phone

• Computer experience (i.e. Word, Excel)
