Project Coordinator, HDR Architecture, Inc.,350 South Grand Avenue, Suite 2900, Los Angeles, CA 90071: The project coordinator will assist the Senior Construction Manager with all facets of project execution for healthcare infrastructure projects. Job duties include: Conduct reviews and verifications of construction schedules, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications for construction projects. Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of spreadsheets, databases and scheduling software. Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects. Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed. Perform other duties as needed. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week. Regional travel may be required, up to 5 % of the work time.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in Civil Engineering. Construction Management, or a closely related field. Two years of experience in any related occupation working on construction projects. The expected compensation range for this position is $71,510 to $153,840 annually depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
