PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Field Technology Specialist I will support the execution of field-based projects in alignment with Worley's ambition of driving sustainable change. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing technical expertise in energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. The successful candidate will assist in executing routine tasks within defined procedures, leveraging knowledge gained through academic preparation or trade qualifications to ensure smooth project delivery in line with Worley's commitment to sustainability and excellence. - Provide support in executing field technology tasks, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for various projects in energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.
- Follow clearly defined procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out accurately, meeting safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate closely with peers and senior team members to ensure the successful completion of field activities and report progress regularly.
- Use basic knowledge of field systems, tools, and processes to perform tasks under close supervision, with regular interaction with supervisors for guidance and review.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to share progress updates, challenges, and solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Maintain awareness of company standards and best practices to assist in the implementation of solutions that drive sustainable project outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and advance knowledge of field technologies in energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
- A University Degree or equivalent qualification in a related technical field or a trade qualification combined with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Entry-level professionals with a degree may have little to no industry experience but will be trained to perform tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with trade qualifications should possess at least four years of relevant experience in field technology, installation, or maintenance work within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.
- Basic understanding of field systems, processes, and tools specific to the industry, with the ability to follow instructions and apply standard procedures.
- Ability to work under supervision and manage routine tasks independently once trained, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information and collaborate effectively with peers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- A passion for sustainable practices and the ability to contribute to initiatives that align with Worley's commitment to delivering sustainable change.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on innovation and project excellence.
