Job Title: SAP Budget System Analyst

Location(s): White Plains, NY

Project Overview

This role will support the Budget Department from a technical perspective related to SAP. This role will back fill internal technical expertise as it is required by Project Luminate as well as provide SAP SAC expertise as client looks to implement this tool.

Job Functions & Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the Director of O&M and Capital Budgets, as needed, with regards to Project Luminate and SAP SAC.
  • Maintain SAP data and cubes for reporting & Analysis.
  • Provide assistance in the administration of SAP Master Data.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Finance and other departments for certain account set-ups & processes.
  • Work in conjunction with I.T. for SAP processes and procedures.
  • Provide assistance and direction for any department requiring reporting from SAP.
  • Provide support to Budget Analysts for budget input as well as all monthly reporting.
  • Assist in preparing reconciliation reporting.


Skills


  • Proficient with SAP systems including but not limited to S/4 HANA, ECC, SAC, Project Systems, Integrated Planning, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal technical skills and be able to maintain the current system as well as any new systems and provide constant updates where needed.
  • Ability to develop a working relationship with the I.T. SAP Group and ability to solve complex issues.
  • Ability to multi-task and manipulate multiple complex spreadsheets & Data Structures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy and timeliness within the strict deadlines built into the processes.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance


Education & Certifications


  • Bachelors Degreee in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field manditory.
  • SAP Certifications (Associate, Specialist, Professional) is preferred.
