What you'll do:

Reporting to the North American Manager of Digital Marketing, the Associate, Campaign Operations will be instrumental in strengthening our digital marketing initiatives for the North American region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operational functions for the team. You will support our North American efforts across multiple channels including; social, programmatic, search, email & the web. This role serves as a launchpad for growth with exposure across multiple teams and disciplines. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency, drive marketing effectiveness in North America, and support impactful results.



  • Campaigns

    • Programmatic Support: Traffic creative assets, build ad groups and QA programmatic campaigns.
    • Campaign Attribution:Generate and manage tracking links to ensure accurate campaign attribution and performance measurement.
    • Tagging & Governance: Develop and uphold consistent tagging guidelines to enable accurate reporting, and effective data tracking across marketing platforms.


  • Website

    • Assist the web experiences team with content management related to campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and marketing objectives.


  • E-mail

    • Coordinate, QA and deploy email marketing campaigns for North America, ensuring proper setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
    • Track email performance and suggest optimization strategies for improving engagement and conversion rates.


  • Team Operations

    • Content Documentation & Management: Maintain and enforce standardized naming conventions for marketing assets and files to improve organization and tracking.
    • Governance & Organization: Oversee the structure and organization of projects within Asana to improve workflow efficiency, team collaboration and adhering to deadlines. Manage & organize campaign files on company share drive for easy access across team.




Who you are:



  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience and a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university.
  • Detail-oriented: Methodical, attention to detail, with a strong work ethic.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Open-minded: Eager to learn, inquisitive and committed to continuous learning.


Bonus Skills (Nice to have but not required):



  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Experience with CMS or MAP platforms.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising, paid media, and ad operations.

NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$47,700 $87,500 USD
