Training Manager - (Oracle Fusion - Financial)

CompQsoft Inc., is seeking Training Manager - (Oracle Fusion - Financial) to augment our DISA DeCA-OF team at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA.

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead in the training efforts of a Federal Financial Information Management Systems built on the Oracle Fusion platform. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty. As a Training Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company. Successful candidates for this position typically have backgrounds in business, finance, leadership, human resources, development, or education. Your responsibilities will include system familiarization, user experience, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

*Proven work experience as a Training Manager

*Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

*Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).

*Ability to develop and execute a training schedule within a defined period.

*Excellent communication and leadership skills

*Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

*Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

*BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field

*Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite

*Ability to provide guidance to trainers

Preferences:

*Background in federal financial and procurement management

*Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
